Due to the natural materials and specific building concept of Villa Paljari, the natural and pleasant atmosphere inside the house is provided. Since the house is located in the natural surroundings, this feeling is even more pronounced. The house is surrounded by forests, vineyards, olive groves and wheat fields, and next to the house itself the planting of medicinal herbs is planned. Villa Paljari is isolated from the bustle of Vižinada, but it is still integrated into all the events in the town. It takes only a 3 minutes’ drive to get to the centre of the town. The centre of the town can be also easily reached on foot or by biking along the Perenzana which is probably the most beautiful bike lane in Istria. The extremely large external part of the house will provide the appropriate ambience for everyone.

With an area of ​​about 320 m² this stone house provides comfort that will meet everyone’s expectations.

The villa is built in three parts, with a large outdoor area that includes terraces, a swimming pool and a lawn, and thus it offers plenty of space. The fully renovated “old” wing accommodates five rooms with ensuite bathrooms. The interior of the rooms is furnished in the traditional style. In the new wing there are a living room and a kitchen, covering an area of ​​about 80m². Particular feature of this part of the house is brightness of the space, while the interior is decorated in the style of refined minimalism, which successfully complements traditional Istrian style with contemporary accents.

Ground Floor

The first impression when entering the house is a successful interaction of traditional and modern style. On the left side there is a stone wall representing a typical Istrian style, while on the right side there is a large living room with a kitchen.

The kitchen is located on an elevated level. The living room is spacious and bright, and the oak flooring contributes to the refined atmosphere from which one exits to outdoor setting.

On the ground floor there are two rooms, while the third room is located on the mezzanine. All the rooms are furnished with traditional style furniture and with oak floors. The bathrooms are decorated in a rustic style.

On the ground floor there is also a laundry room with a washing machine.

1st Floor

From the new part of the villa there is a modern staircase leading to the first floor where there are two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The rooms are, unlike the staircase, furnished with traditional antique furniture and oak flooring.

There are 12 beds available in total.

The Outdoor of the Villa

The outdoor of the villa can be reached from the kitchen and living room, through the glass walls. It features terraces, a pool and the lawn. The outdoor area of the villa is surrounded by a stone wall providing extra privacy, so your relaxation becomes the most natural thing in the world.

Level of Equipment

Hot water and heating are provided using solar energy. During the transitional periods, as well as in winter, a fireplace and the solar system are used for heating. Since our basic philosophy is a healthy eco-home, the solar power and wood are used as energy sources.

The entire villa is fitted out in a way to meet the high standards of living, and especially the eco-agro villa requirements.  

Parking places are provided on the estate.

Arrival and Departure Time

On the day of arrival, the villa is available from 17:00. On the day of departure, the villa should be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
